Ways to Give at Gladeville Methodist Church

There are several ways that you can give your financial resources to God’s work through the ministries of Gladeville Methodist.  Choose the one(s) that is/are most convenient for you:

1. Cash or Check –
   • Place in the offering plate
   • Mail a check to the Church Finance Office
2. **NEW**Online Giving Options –
   • Website giving – To make a secure, one-time, or recurring gift, click the Give in the menu or follow this link www.tithe.ly. For enhanced security and giving simplicity, create an account by clicking on the login/signup links.
   • Giving App (for your iPhone or Android device) – Download the Tithe.ly App from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). Once you have downloaded the app, follow the prompts.
     • If this is your first time giving with Tithe.ly, you will be prompted to create an account that you can use for all future gifts.
     • After you created your account, you will be asked to select a church. We are listed as Gladeville Methodist Church, Mt. Juliet, TN.
     • The first time you will need to add your credit/debit card or ACH/banking info.
     • Once your account has been created, you will not need to enter your personal or payment information again. Simply enter your PIN and give. It is really that easy!
   • Below, you will find some additional information for your consideration when using the online giving option.
     • There are two checkboxes from which you can select as part of the giving options within your account.
       • Recurring Giving – If you click this box, your giving will be recurring based on a predefined schedule that you select. You can always undo this action later if you change your mind.
       • Cover Fees – If you click this box, you will absorb associated fees (see below). If you leave this box unclicked, the fees will be paid by the church.
     • The fee schedule for online giving is as follows:
       • 2.9% + 0.30 per successful charge – VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, Diners.
         • If you click the “Covered Fees” box, the fees will be passed back to you. For example, if you give a $100 contribution, your giving will look like this: $100 + $2.90 + 0.30 =  $103.20. You will be charged $103.20, and the church will receive $100.
         • Alternatively, if you do not click the “Covered Fees” box, all fees will be passed along to the church. Using the above example, the church will receive $96.80 and the contributor will see a $100 charge to his/her account.
       • 3.5% + 0.30 per successful charge – American Express.
       • 1% + 0.30 per successful charge – ACH/Bank Transfer.

3. Recurring Gift – through bank transfers directly to GMC’s Account with Wilson Bank & Trust through an ACH deposit.

   • Complete the form and submit directly to the Church Office (Please do not e-mail this form).
4. Stock Donations – Stock gifts can be processed by contacting the Church Finance Office.
